Ironbound Hard Cider

Ironbound Hard Cider is a Newark born company, made from 100% fresh-pressed local apples, with no added sulfites and naturally gluten free. Ironbound Hard Cider launched in June 2016 and is distributed by Hunterdon Brewing throughout New Jersey. Fun fact: Cider was the first industry in Newark and enjoyed by George Washington, who claimed Newark Cider to be “the champagne of ciders”! At Ironbound Farm, we take a regenerative approach to farming, cider making, and workforce development. By enhancing the biological life in our orchard soils, buying apples from local family farms, and providing well-paying jobs to our states chronically underemployed citizens, we invest in our community and the land we all share. To learn more about our farm and workforce, please visit our sister company at www.newarkfarms.com. Our cidery and tap room will be open to the public Fall 2018.
